Marriage – Couples Therapy versus Training

James Marshall, the director of MasterCare Institute in Petoskey, says – marriage is a “Journey into Love” because it is an adventure unlike any other relationship.  Marshall recently published “Journey into Love: In Pursuit of a Great Marriage,” the firsta downloadable training program to help couples succeed in marriage.

Marshall says many couples need training not expensive therapy to help them get their marriage back on track.

Passing of Petoskey Artist

Petoskey, MI., resident and artist, Ed Lantzer, died Dec. 29th from cancer.  Lantzer used a technique called marquetry, gluing diamond-shaped pieces of wood to 8-foot-tall plywood panels, varying the color and size of the pieces to create an intricate portrait with subtle illusions and layers of meaning.
